Patsy Carvalho is a proud Nevada native, educator, and leader who is deeply connected to the community she serves. Having been born and raised in Nevada and educated within its school system, she has a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing local families, and giving her a clear view of where systems are succeeding and where they are falling short.
In the classroom, Patsy serves families directly by creating structured, engaging learning environments that emphasize accountability, character, and academic growth. She regularly communicates with parents, supports students with diverse needs, and helps organize school activities that bring families together. Her experience has shown her that strong communities are built through strong schools, and she is committed to improving educational outcomes for every child.


Beyond her professional role, Patsy is actively involved in her church community, where she teaches children and helps organize activities that strengthen families and foster connection. Her consistent involvement reflects her belief in service, leadership, and the importance of building meaningful relationships within the community.
